Mindful Movement. Restorative Sound.
Join my classes to cultivate peace and well-being through unique practices.

About me
Movement has always been a central part of my life - dance shaped my childhood, and the joy of moving stayed with me. I discovered yoga nearly 20 years ago and immediately fell in love with this dynamic, playful nature and its heart-and soul-nourishing benefits.
I completed my 200-hr Teaching Training (2023) through Modo International, followed by a 50-hr Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clark & Diana Betts (2023) and a 75-hr Modo Flow training (2024). I continue to deepen my education with teachers who inspire me; including Jason Crandell, Travis Elliot, Bess Prescott to name a few. I hold a Sound Healer Certificate accredited by the Canadian Medication Association (CMA) and excited to begin offering Yoga + Sound healing classes!
In my classes, I blend mindful movement, breath-led sequencing, and grounding stillness to create space for students to reconnect, soften and feel fully supported in their bodies. Please feel free to contact me should you have any offering request. I look forward to seeing you on your mat!

Why Yin?
Yin Yoga invites us to slow down in a world that constantly asks us to speed up. Through long- held passives postures, we gently stress the deeper connective tissues - fascia, ligaments, joints - improving mobility, circulation, and overall balance in the body.
But beyond the physical, Yin is a practice of awareness. It teaches patience, presence, and the ability to sit with sensation - both physical and emotional. It's where we soften, release, and reconnect.

Why Sound?
Sound is vibration - and everything in our body is in a constant state of vibration.
Using instruments like crystals singing bowls, sound therapy works to calm the nervous system, shift brainwave states, and bring the body into a place of deep rest, balance and ease.

Why Yin & Sound ?
Yin holds you. Sound carries you.
It's the kind of combo where your body softens, your mind quiets, and everything just... lets go.
